The Cuvée La Prometteuse is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, and Clairette. This off dry white wine from the Cote du Rhone region is expressive, rich, full-bodied, and with medium acidity.

The nose explodes with fresh flowers of a bride’s bouquet on her wedding day. Ripe apricots, velvety violets, and white pepper on a long joyful finish.

La Prometteuse is special and transcends your thoughts to a beautiful place. It’s delicious and romantic with my first sip I was nearly speechless!

Pairs with grilled corn on the cob, asparagus, fried cabbage, lima beans with turkey, garden salads, salmon burgers, grilled chicken, and herbed goat cheese. I enjoyed a glass of La Prometteuse with a slice of traditional apple pie. The floral notes harmonized with the fruit and the richness of the wine complimented the buttery crust.
