In 1902 Art Nouveau artist Emile Gallé designed the bottle for Perrier-Jouet with Japanese anemones which has become the emblem of the Champagne House

In October 2020, Séverine Frerson becomes the first woman to hold the position.

How is the Champagne produced?

Champagne is made from a combination of chardonnay, pinot noir, and pinot meunier, and produced in the Champagne region of France. Brut nature and brut savage are the driest versions of Champagne. Brut, is dry, demi-sec is slightly sweet, and doux is sweet. Champagne is fermented twice using CO2 during the second fermentation. This is when the millions of bubbles are formed. This age-old process is called “method traditional.”

Perreir-Jouet is available in both a vintage and a nonvintage version.

Vintage Champagne is a sparkling wine that is made exclusively from grapes harvested in a specific year when the harvest was exceptional.

Nonvintage Champagne (NV) also known as multi-vintage, are produced from a variety of growth years. The goal is to produce a consistent wine every year, this version of Champagne is the most affordable and accessible.

The perlage is fine and the straw golden hue is stunning. The nose is fanciful with whispers of apples, quince, pear, lemon rind, white flowers, and a clean spring breeze.

Tastes of this remarkable Champagne consist of baked brioche rolls, simmered fall pears, big red apples, toasted almonds, and orange blossoms.

Perreir-Jouet pairs well with oysters, scallops with creamy risotto, roasted herbed chicken, frittata, salmon cakes, fried tripe with white beans, grilled artichokes, chocolate croissant, French toast, fresh fruit, fish and chips, and sashimi.

Champagne can be served for a landmark occasion, brunch, and anytime of the day or night. Enjoy life daily and invite a bottle of Champagne to join in on the fun. This legendary Champagne is known as a luxury brand and worth all the hype.
