Both of their achievements highlight our mission to advance Black women in Hamilton County through policy and systems change. Denisha Porter was recently recognized as one of “The Top 50 Women Leaders of Ohio for 2024” by Women We Admire. Rasheda Cromwell has recently graduated from Leadership Cincinnati (Class 47), an esteemed leadership development program presented by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.
